It got much deeper. In the period after Naini, how did religious scholars deal with this issue? In this period, the most diligent religious scholar in facing modern political concepts is Imam Khomeini (RA), but how did he introduce these concepts into the semantic system of the Islamic tradition (intellectual-religious) during the years 1340 to 1360? Also, it is believed that the confrontation of the religious scholars of the mentioned period in localizing modern political concepts was done with the tool of ijtihad and in the form of religion, and Imam Khomeini's method in this framework is based on considering modern and traditional concepts to be the same in the form of (Similarity in shape) and knowing the difference between them is in the nature and he, like Asadabadi and Naini, has attempted to localize concepts in the framework of ijtihad and from the angle of Sharia. در دوره جدید و با تأسیس نظام جمهوری اسلامی مشکل این که در مواجهه با مفاهیم مدرن سیاسی چه باید کرد؟ بسی عمیق تر گشت. در دوره پس از نائینی، نحوه مواجهه علمای دینی با این مسأله چگونه صورت گرفته است؟ در این دوره، پرتلاش ترین عالم دینی در مواجهه با مفاهیم مدرن سیاسی، امام خمینی(ره) است ولی او چگونه این مفاهیم را طی سال های 1340 تا 1360 در دستگاه معنایی سنت اسلامی ( فکری- دینی) وارد کرده است؟ همچنان گمان، بر این است که مواجهه عالمان دینی دوره مذکور در بومی سازی مفاهیم مدرن سیاسی، با ابزار اجتهاد و در قالب دین صورت گرفته است و روش امام خمینی(ره) در همین چارچوب، مبتنی بر یکسان پنداشتن مفاهیم مدرن و سنتی در صورت(شباهت در شکل) و مغایرت دانستن آن دو، در سیرت است و ایشان چونان اسدآبادی و نائینی در چارچوب اجتهاد و از زاویه شریعت به بومی سازی مفاهیم دست زده است.
