تحلیل قرآنی - روایی مؤلفه‌های نظریه اقتصاد مقاومتی آیت الله خامنه ای با محوریت قاعده نفی سبیل

چکیده

قاعده نفی سبیل متضمن عزت و استقلال و خودکفایی مؤمنین در برابر کفار است و اقتصاد مقاومتی، اقتصادی است خوداتکا، مستحکم و قوی در برابر تکانه‌های اقتصادی جهان؛ پژوهش پیش رو با شیوه توصیفی و تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و تبیین فرمایشات حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای درباره اقتصاد مقاومتی، پس از تبیین مفاهیم پژوهش از جمله، قاعده نفی سبیل و مستندات آن از قرآن، روایات، عقل و اجماع فقها و بیان برخی مصادیق آن، همچنین تعریف مفهوم اقتصاد مقاومتی، به تطبیق مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی با قاعده نفی سبیل پرداخته است. طبق قاعده نفی سبیل، بهبود شاخص‌های اقتصادی جامعه مؤمنین و توانایی مقاومت در برابر عوامل تهدیدزا از ضروریات جامعه و حکومت اسلامی است، تکیه بر توان داخلی از پایه‌های اصلی قاعده نفی سبیل بوده، داشتن روحیه جهادی برای فائق آمدن بر مشکلات اقتصاد مقاومتی و مصداق قاعده نفی سبیل است، مردمی بودن اقتصاد مقاومتی مستفاد از آیه نفی سبیل بوده و تأمین اقلام ضروری جامعه در اقتصاد مقاومتی اولویت دارد و کاهش وابستگی به نفت در بودجه‌های جاری کشورهای اسلامی به دلیل استعماری بودن فرایندهای موجود در بازار آن از لوازم اقتصاد مقاومتی و قاعده نفی سبیل است. اصلاح الگوی مصرف هم می‌تواند موجبات نفی سبیل کفار را فراهم نموده و هم از مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی است، فساد ستیزی و دانش محوری نیز علاوه بر اینکه از لوازم اجرای اقتصاد مقاومتی است، می‌تواند عزت و اقتدار جامعه مؤمنین را در برابر کفار فراهم نماید.

چکیده [English]

The rule of negation of moustache implys the dignity, independence and self-sufficiency of believers against infidels, and the economy is resistance, economic, self-reliance, strong and strong against the economic shocks of the world, the research has been presented to implement the components of the resistance economy with the rule of negation of the moustache. According to the rule of negation of moustache, improving the economic indicators of the society of believers and the ability to resist the threatening factors is one of the necessities of society and islamic government, relying on internal power is one of the main foundations of the rule of negation of moustache, having a jihadist spirit to overcome the problems of the resistance economy and the rule of negation of the moustache, the popularity of the resistance economy is the use of the verse negation of the moustache and the provision of essential items of society in the resistance economy is a priority and the reduction of dependence on oil in the budget Currently, Islamic countries, due to the colonial processes in its market, are the tools of the resistance economy and the rule of negation of moustache. Reforming the consumption pattern can both negate the moustache of infidels and is one of the components of the resistance economy, corruption and knowledge-based, in addition to being a means of implementing the resistance economy, can provide the dignity and authority of the believers' society against the infidels.
