اصول و مؤلفه‌های ارتقای مشروعیت حکومت اسلامی؛ مبتنی بر اندیشه حضرت امام خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری

چکیده

یکی از موضوعات مهم و حائز اهمیت علم سیاست، مسئله مشروعیت حکومت‌ها است که از دیرباز همواره موردتوجه روشنفکران و اندیشمندان علوم سیاسی و اجتماعی بوده است، طرح این موضوع ازاین‌حیث اهمیت دارد که کسب مشروعیت، تثبیت و تعمیق آن موجب استحکام و استمراربخشی هرچه بیشتر حکومت می‌شود. این پژوهش به روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA  (تحلیل کیفی) به دنبال یافتن پاسخ به این سؤال است که اصول و مؤلفه‌های ارتقای مشروعیت  حکومت اسلامی؛ مبتنی بر آرا و اندیشه‌های حضرت امام خمینی و مقام معظم رهبری چیست؟ نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پس از تجزیه تحلیل فیش‌های، در نهایت از مجموع 100 فیش احصاء و استخراج شده 26 فیش در پنج مضمون اصلی: 1) وحدت کلمه و همبستگی ملی؛ 2) مردم‌سالاری دینی؛ 3) عدالت اجتماعی؛ 4) اقتدار ملی حکومت اسلامی؛ 5) کارآمدی نظام سیاسی و 26 مؤلفه فرعی سازماندهی شده‌اند.

One of the most important issues in political science is the issue of the legitimacy of governments, which has long been of special interest to intellectuals and thinkers in the political and social sciences. In this regard, it is important to raise the issue of promoting legitimacy strengthens and The more the government continues to be divisive, the less or not paying attention to this issue can weaken and degrade the popular foundations of the government and this issue shows the need for research. This research has been done by the method of content analysis and qualitative performance and is of developmental-applied type and using MAXQDA software (quality analysis software) seeks to find the answer to the question that: that the principles and components of promoting government legitimacy Islamic; What is the basis of the views and thoughts of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader? The results show that after searching and selecting the slips related to the subject, finally from the collection of 100 slips collected, 26 slips with high relevance were selected. These cards are in the framework of five main themes: 1) the principle of word unity and national solidarity; 2) The principle of religious democracy; 3) the principle of social justice; 4) The principle of national authority of the Islamic government; 5) The principle of efficiency of the political system; And 26 sub-components of basic and organizing categorization and thematics are divided.
