The Islamic Revolution as a reviver of pure Muhammadan Islam by modeling the model of Islamic civilization in the time of the Prophet,The formation of a new Islamic civilization based on the idea of the Supreme Leader has been identified as its highest goal.The Islamic Republic of Iran as the Ummah of the Islamic world by taking advantage of numerous facilities and by using the capabilities of its youth in the past decades and the astonishing scientific acceleration of the youth in the last two decades By applying the theory of resistance in various fields of science, technology, military, industry, etc. in order to achieve a new Islamic civilization, the invincibility of the domination system has been challenged.However, considering the period of forty years, comparing the path taken to achieve a new Islamic civilization with the period of nearly two hundred years of Western civilization seems to be an unfair analogy.But the question arises for the researcher that what are the political requirements for the formation of the realization of a new Islamic civilization according to the view of the Supreme Leader as the creator of this theory?
