The first value in the Islamic Republic of Iran system in practical terms is the provision of justice. This importance should be in the spirit of the planning and hidden and open functions of the ruler. The main part of this research was analyzed by descriptive-analytical method. The investigations confirmed the validity of this hypothesis that from the Supreme Leader's point of view, the way of managing the proportionality and balance of the described components in a set can have a significant relationship with the efficiency of the J.A. system in the domain of justice. In addition to this finding, since the efficiency of the system is the set of positive and negative performance of its devices; Investigations showed that despite some internal obstacles, especially in the motivational and agency sectors, and many external obstacles, this result is positive. The effective factors on the implementation of justice in the J.A. system in two motivational parts include the time to know the full realization of the revolution, the processuality of the Islamic revolution, the necessity of establishing the norms of the Islamic revolution and its perpetuity on the continuous struggle and the reliance of the J.A. system With the strong support of the people, the possibility of errors and vulnerabilities in the path of realizing the goals, foundations and divine values of the J.A. system and the brokerage sector can be considered.
